FreeCity is currently in Early Access. All Premium features — access to all countries, up to 5 devices, priority nodes — are free for everyone. While we build the Windows and iOS clients, you get the full feature set with no restrictions and no charge.

Why it's free
FreeCity is built on a simple principle: every user in Russia and worldwide should always have access to a free internet.
While the app only runs on Android, charging for Premium isn't honest — if you have an iPhone at home or a Windows laptop, we physically can't serve them yet. We don't want to take money for something we can't fully deliver.
Once the Windows and iOS clients launch, we'll turn paid tariffs on. By then you'll already know the app well and can decide calmly whether Premium is worth it for you.
What happens when Early Access ends
We'll warn you a week ahead of the transition — in the app and via email if you registered.
You'll then get 7 days of free Premium with the new tariffs visible in the app — time to decide.
After that: your call — a paid tariff with full Premium OR the free FREE tier (1 country, 1 device). FreeCity stays free forever for anyone who wants only that.
No trial, no card up-front
FreeCity has no 7-day trial with auto-charge on day 8. We don't collect payment data ahead of time.
If you decide to stay on FREE when tariffs return, just do nothing. No surprise charges.
